So you want to place an order? Fantastic! You want to know if you can pick it up, have it delivered, or have it shipped? You’ve come to the right spot!
My little business is located in Madison, Wisconsin – which is the state capitol of Wisconsin, the 2nd biggest city in Wisconsin, and the 82nd biggest city in America! Currently, I am only able to supply my products within the United States. All of my cookies can be shipped all over the country! For now – my cakes, cupcakes, and pies are only available locally.
A note about selecting your Date and Time for your order.
Everything I make is truly bespoke and made to order! You can rest assured that you are going to get a fresh and delicious bake 😊 But, this does mean that I have built in time so that I have time to acquire the freshest of ingredients to create your specific order. In this vein, the earliest you will be able to place an order is seven days from the day you are placing your order. But, I also appreciate planning ahead! So my calendar function allows you to place your order WAY in advance. Go ahead and pre-order those treats so you don’t have to fret!
You will be able to select your Pickup, Delivery, or Shipping Date and Time options on the Checkout Page.

💜 LOCAL PICKUP
Local Pickup at Beth’s Bakes is available for *FREE* any day Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:00a – 7:00p. When you place your order you will select your Local Pickup Date and a 30 minute Local Pickup Time slot.

Current Local Pickup Notes: Please feel free to park in my driveway for pickup. There is also street parking right outside of my house as well. When you arrive, please ring the doorbell and then I will meet you at the door with your goodies.
I, and everyone in my household, have been fully vaccinated against COVID. But, if you would like me to wear a mask that is not a problem at all, please just let me know.
💜 LOCAL DELIVERY
Woohoo! I offer Local Delivery for ALL of my Products to the Madison, WI area. This is charged at a flat rate of $5 per delivery.
When you select your Local Delivery Date you will also need to select your Local Delivery Time Window. You can choose from the following three options.
10:00a – 1:00p
1:00p – 4:00p
4:00p – 7:00p
Please be sure to let me know if there are any special instructions I should be aware of for delivery of your goodies. You can add this into the Order Notes field located on the Checkout Page.
Current Local Delivery Notes: When I arrive, I will place your item directly outside your door and then I will ring your doorbell or knock. I will then back away while you open your door to receive your goodies.

💜 SHIPPING
Cookies (and ONLY Cookies!) can be shipped anywhere in the Contiguous US for a flat rate per dozen! Cookies can be set to be delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Also, y’all know that shipping is crazy right now! I am gonna try my best to have your cookies delivered on the specified date!
You will need to order these separately from other items and you will need to select this shipping method during Checkout. You will see the below options to choose from on the Checkout Page.

💜 PACKAGING
The default option is that all items in an order will be packaged together…in a sensible way. If you order a pie and a cake they will clearly be in separate boxes 😊 But, if you order 1 dozen Chocolate Chip Cookies and 1 dozen Sugar Cookies then I will package those together unless you specifically select to have items ‘Packaged Separately’ in the drop down list on the Checkout Page.
Again, If you want items to be packaged separately, please select that option on the Checkout Page.
I always include a Packing Slip with my Orders. This Packing Slip will include a list of all of the ingredients used in the bake, including Food Allergy Notices. This Packing Slip will also include storage and shelf life recommendations for your products.
ALLERGY NOTE: Some of my recipes contain allergenic ingredients. Despite my best efforts, due to the baking environment, there is a risk that traces of these may be in any other foods that I serve. I understand the dangers to customers with severe allergies, so advise you to contact me before placing an order if this is of concern.
All of my products are made in a private home not subject to state licensing or inspection. I adhere to all of the Best Practices laid out by the Wisconsin Cottage Food Association.
💜 COMPLIMENTARY GIFT MESSAGE UP TO 100 WORDS
This is another option you can add on the Checkout Page if you would like to! Please do not include a message longer than 100 words. This message will be packed with your order, so it’s a great item to include if you are sending these goodies as a gift!
